How does the preorder work?
You order now, and we make it. Preorders for Drop 001 close Nov 12. Production starts after that.
When will my hat ship?
In January. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the way.
When am I charged?
When you place your order.
Will I hear from you before January?
Yes. We'll send an update when your hat goes into production, and tracking when it ships.
How much is shipping?
$8 flat, anywhere in the U.S.
Do you ship outside the U.S?
Not yet.
What size is it?
One size fits most. Adjustable snapback.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancel anytime before preorders close on Nov 12 for a full refund. After that, your hat goes into production. Once it arrives, unworn hats can be returned within 14 days.
